SeasonGlow: Autumn Savers

Privacy Policy

Effective October 25, 2026

SeasonGlow: Autumn Savers shares usage analytics, which you can turn off at any time.

This policy covers SeasonGlow on iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, also called Savers101 in development.

What we collect

Unless you turn off “Share usage analytics,” SeasonGlow sends GameAnalytics information about screens viewed, settings changes, saver and palette choices, menu actions, seconds each saver is watched, and session count and length. Balloon Pilot events include runs started, finished, failed or abandoned; score, time flown, treats, near misses and new bests. A randomly generated identifier connects your sessions. Reports also include app and operating system versions and the platform. The receiving service necessarily receives network information such as your IP address when you connect.

SeasonGlow has no accounts or ads. This integration does not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) (SeasonGlow never asks for tracking permission), names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, text you type, or pointer paths. This is about app analytics; if you email support, we receive your email and message to reply. There is no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, the GameAnalytics SDK also includes Apple's identifier for vendor (IDFV), which is specific to this developer's apps on your device. These identifiers mean the reports are pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous. See GameAnalytics privacy information for information about the provider's processing.

Your choice

Analytics is on by default. To opt out, open SeasonGlow → Settings → Privacy → Share usage analytics and turn it off. On iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, you can also open the system Settings app → SeasonGlow → Share Usage Analytics and turn it off. Turning it off stops new reports and discards events not yet sent. Requests already transmitted cannot be recalled. Turning it back on does not upload activity from the off period. The game works offline and without analytics.

Turning analytics off does not delete reports already received by GameAnalytics. Contact us using the address below for questions about data access or deletion.

Data retention and deletion

GameAnalytics’ published EU Data Processing Addendum, section 8(b) lists retention of one month for raw and annotated data, 18 months for player lookups used to calculate retention, and one year for Player Warehouse data. The applicable agreement and enabled GameAnalytics services govern retention. GameAnalytics deletes personal data at the end of the applicable retention period, except where retention is legally required.

To request access or deletion, contact us below with the subject “SeasonGlow privacy or deletion request.” Include your device platform, app version, and approximate dates you used the app. You do not need to know your random install identifier. We will ask GameAnalytics to delete data that can be matched to your request, or explain if the pseudonymous records cannot be matched to you. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

What stays on your device

Your preferences, analytics choice, and best scores are saved locally so the app remembers them. When analytics is enabled, related settings and score events may also appear in reports. The separate Mac screen-saver extension (.saver) sends no data.

Children

The app is rated 9+ and is not in the App Store’s Kids category. It does not ask for age or create user accounts. Parents or guardians with privacy questions can contact us below.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before the change takes effect in the app.
